It's all about doing the
For years, Paycor associates have been hooked on helping. Our Guiding Principles include “Take care of each other” and “Do the right thing,” and these foundational beliefs extend far beyond the walls of our offices.
Community Partners, our associate-run community service program, provides our associates with a vehicle to initiate and/or participate in events within the community that are for the greater good. Sometimes that means organizing a floor-vs-floor basketball event. Sometimes it means rallying a contingent to help build houses with Habitat for Humanity. It always means building teamwork, involvement, pride and satisfaction.
Community Partners is the point where the power of a large company aligns with the passion of a single employee. It helps us remember all the good things people are capable of, and reminds us to do more. In 2014, Paycor was the recipient of the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service. In 2016, Paycor received the SHARE Pillar award from Medical Mutual and Smart Business, an award that specifically recognizes companies with employee-led giving programs.
In 2015, Paycor Associates lead 128 Community Partners events with 3,661 participants.
That’s an increase of 72% over 2014! Put into dollars and time, our Community Partners volunteers donated a total of 4,013 hours and $165,711.58 in 2015. That’s a lot of love.
