Behold, our community service addiction

For years, Paycor associates have been hooked on helping. It may sound cheesy, but the sheer passion for service became so great that it was hard to keep track of the outpouring of volunteers and opportunities. And thus Community Partners was born.

Community Partners is the enabler of our addiction and the embodiment of the energy and goodwill that make Paycor… well, Paycor. It provides our associates with a vehicle to initiate and/or participate in events within and outside the company that are for the greater good. Sometimes that means organizing a floor-vs-floor basketball event. Sometimes it means rallying a contingent to help build houses with Habitat for Humanity. It always means building teamwork, involvement, pride and satisfaction.

Community partners is the point where the power of a large company aligns with the passion of a single employee. It helps us remember all the good things people are capable of, and reminds us to do more. Check the news feed to the right, to see just a few of the things we’re doing now.
