Paycor Holiday Closings
Paycor will be closed Monday, December 26, 2011 for Christmas and will also be closed Monday, January 2, 2012 for New Year’s.
Payrolls received by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 21 or Thursday, December 22 will be processed the same day and delivered the next day. Payrolls received by 2:00 pm on Friday, December 23 will be processed the same day and delivered Tuesday, December 27.
- If your payroll date is 12/27/2011, your Direct Deposit, Paycor Official Checks, and/or
Tax Filing funding(s) will be debited from your bank account on 12/23/2011. - If your payroll date is 1/3/2012, your Direct Deposit, Paycor Official Checks, and/or Tax
Filing funding(s) will be debited from your bank account on 12/30/2011.
Please keep in mind that you do have the option of processing your payroll on the
Monday or Tuesday prior to the Holiday by 2:00 p.m. to avoid the “Holiday Rush”.
If your office will be closed on any of the above dates or should you need to make a
change to this schedule, please contact your Payroll Specialist.
