Paycor clients are seeing several new features in their payroll, HR and reporting applications from this week’s Spring Product Update, including several top user-suggested ideas. Here’s a quick look at some of the great functionality we’re rolling out in this update:

Custom Web Reporting

Saved reports: Save previously created reports securely within the application. This gives users easier access and enables you to store all your reports in one central location. No more hunting through your files when you need that report—it’s all at your fingertips.

Perform

More flexible paygrid: Make additional one-time exceptions to a payrun like turning off direct deposits, earnings, time off accruals and labor allocation.

Percent labor allocation: You can easily assign an employee to multiple departments by a percentage, so you don’t have to manually change the employee’s hours and earnings by department each pay period. This was a top user-suggested idea.
