Paycor takes serving clients and community to a whole new level with community partners initiative

Paycor Payroll Services, the nation’s largest independent payroll company, recently launched a new employee initiative called Community Partners, which encourages employees to spearhead community initiatives and recruit their colleagues to volunteer.

The Kansas City office has embraced this initiative with much enthusiasm. They have already volunteered with the Salvation Army and Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, and their next volunteer project is helping their client, Harvesters Community Food Network, sort and repackage food on Saturday, July 31 and again on Saturday, August 28.

“Harvesters has been a Paycor client for many years, and like all of our clients, they are like a family member to us,” said Kelly Knetter, Director of Operations at Paycor’s Lenexa, KS office. “We feel it’s our obligation to not only help our clients grow their businesses, but to also help those clients who do so much for those in need in our community.”

Paycor employees will begin sorting and boxing food and other household items at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 31st at Harvesters which is located at 3801 Topping Avenue, in Kansas City, MO.
