Meet Our DE&I Leader

Amy E. Hull, M.Ed. is the First Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Paycor, Inc.

Amy E. Hull is working to turn DE&I strategy into actionable results at Paycor. Under Amy’s leadership, Paycor has been named in the Top Ten Companies for DE&I Practices by Top Workplaces USA in 2023. She has received the HRO Today North American HR Excellence Provider Award (2022), featured as the cover of the July 2022 issue of HR Future Magazine, and has led the business in three consecutive years of award-winning DE&I practices. She leads the DE&I team and collaborates with every functional area in the business to make sustainable systemic changes to our culture, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
