The Native Society recently interviewed Paycor CEO, Bob Coughlin about why he started Paycor and the various trends he sees in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space.
The interview details Coughlin's evolution in the HR tech industry from payroll processing and sales to founder and CEO of Paycor. Throughout his 27-year journey, he has prioritized customer interaction and feedback to create solutions that meet the needs of the changing industry. According to Coughlin, "After six years in the payroll service industry I found that clients were demanding a higher level of service. I was inspired by the belief that clients deserved a more personalized level of service and that a company could deliver it effectively and efficiently."
Coughlin also provides insight into key initiatives that have been the catalyst for Paycor's success, including introducing new technology and never losing sight of the customer's needs and wants. Today, nearly two-thirds of all Paycor's product updates and features are driven by customer feedback.
