Paycor Recognized as a 2014 Best Place to Work in the Greater Cincinnati Region

Paycor has been named as a 2014 Best Places to Work winner by the Cincinnati Business Courier, distinguishing the company as a top employer in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Paycor, one of 58 companies recognized as finalists for the award, was selected as the winner in the large company category. The company is dedicated to providing organizations with advanced HR and payroll solutions that streamline key processes, save time and allow them to be more strategic. Leveraging feedback from its clients, Paycor works to continually enhance and improve its offerings.

The company takes the same approach internally to provide a work environment where employees are heard and given the support they need to perform at their best. "Having fun along the way," one of the company's Guiding Principles, can be seen in practice through numerous activities designed to foster an engaged, cohesive workforce. This Thanksgiving, Paycor will continue its annual tradition of giving every employee a turkey to enjoy with their families.

"It is a great honor to be designated as a Best Place to Work and be recognized among other top employers in the Cincinnati region," said Karen Crone, Chief Human Resources Officer of Paycor. "What makes this award so special is the fact that it was determined directly by the feedback of our own employees on how they view the experience of working for Paycor. Our company is committed to providing a positive, rewarding workplace, and this award confirms our ability to deliver on this goal."

Now in its 12th year, the Cincinnati Business Courier's Best Places to Work program recognizes companies that provide an exemplary employee experience. The rankings are determined by anonymous employee surveys in which workers were asked about their company's workforce engagement, management trust and other key workplace factors.

We’re Thankful for Our Employees

We’re Thankful for Our Employees

During the holidays, families are overwhelmed with parties, travel plans and activities. And our Paycor associates are no exception. With all the craziness that goes on during Thanksgiving, people should be focused on spending time with family and friends, not worrying about expenses. Well, that’s what Paycor’s founder and CEO, Bob Coughlin, believes. This initiative is close to Bob’s heart and for more than 25 years he’s been handing out turkeys for employees to enjoy with their families. This year, through Bob’s support, nearly 900 turkeys were given to associates. From the top down our organization truly is inspired to do the right thing and support one another. He didn’t forget about our remote employees, our temps and contractors or...
