At Paycor, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service. All of our clients have a dedicated specialist who is an expert on their products. We also provide you with a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for an additional layer of service.

My role is not to replace your product specialists. Instead, a CRM manages the overall health of your account, and coordinates the way all of your Paycor products work together. We are dedicated to knowing and understanding you and your business so we can make sure you get the most out of your Paycor products.

My goal is to build positive, productive and long-term relationships with your organization through the following ways:
- Proactive connections: Staying in touch with you so I know what is happening inside your organization. Are there changes in your payroll process? Are you shrinking or growing? Are you expanding into new states?
- Partnership: Looking for ways Paycor can partner with you to support your growth and evolving needs.
- Resolution: If you ever have an issue, I can help escalate your need to the right person.
- Outstanding support: Paycor’s priority is to provide clients with outstanding support in our products, service and pricing. If you ever need to discuss any of these items, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

As another way of keeping in touch, I will send you a newsletter like this on a quarterly basis. This newsletter will inform you about system enhancements, new products and services, HR requirements and big picture changes at Paycor that will make your job easier.
