How CPA Care Helped...

Problem:
A CPA contacted their Paycor sales representative in regards to an IRS notice received by a mutual client. The CPA was extremely concerned about the notice as she felt it might affect the employees’ 2010 W-2s. With only two weeks until April 18, the employees were advised to hold off on filing their taxes.

Action:
CPA Care immediately contacted the CPA to get a copy of the notice. Once it was received, CPA Care escalated the IRS tax notice for immediate review and resolution.

Resolution:
By the end of the day, CPA Care determined the W-2s were correct and immediately notified the CPA. The employees were notified that they could proceed with filing their taxes.
