January 2012 Release for HR Performer
Posted on January 12, 2012
Our software as a service model, provides you with constant (and free) upgrades to your Paycor products. The holidays provided a great opportunity to prepare more than 100 changes for HR Performer, our proprietary HRIS solution, stemming from both client requests and our internal wish list. A few highlights from the January 2012 release are listed below:
- HR Administrators can now edit an employee’s Federal and State tax withholdings at the time of hire. Users wanting to improve their single point of entry can configure these new tax options within the New Hire workflow model.
- Over 50 page and field names were revised to ensure consistency and clarity throughout HR Performer; plus, new calculated fields like Birthday, Anniversary and Age are visible on the employee profile.
- A new alert helps HR Administrators identify employees being rehired that were marked as someone not to hire again when originally terminated.
These changes and the many more slated for 2012 are an example of the importance Paycor places on user-driven software, powered by our clients. If you are a Paycor client, you can view additional details about the January 2012 release by checking your message board on your Online Home page today.
