Three Paycor Associates were recently recognized on the local and national levels for their leadership, results and dedication. Paycor could not be more proud of these outstanding team members!

Steve Haussler: CFO of the Year

As Paycor’s CFO since 1998, Steve employs analytical skills and strategic thinking that have steered the company in the right direction. Unlike many technology companies that adopt a “growth at all costs” approach, Steve’s financial leadership has allowed Paycor to grow quickly, but profitably. He has also been heavily involved with Junior Achievement. As a volunteer, board member and Treasurer, he has not only touched the lives of countless students but also led the organization through a financial turnaround in 2007, helping to ensure they can continue to change lives throughout the community. We are honored that he won the Cincinnati Business Courier’s CFO of the Year award in the large private company category.

Jennifer Bellin: Forty Under 40

As Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Initiatives, Jennifer helps drive the growth of the company by coordinating efforts between the Marketing and Sales organizations. Since joining Paycor in 2009, Jennifer has led several key initiatives and worked with leadership to transition the Marketing team from a cost center to a revenue-generating team that is focused on helping Paycor meet its ambitious growth goals. She also co-founded Steps for Success, a program that helps disadvantaged high school students at Lower Price Hill’s Oyler School develop a clear plan for reaching graduation and finding success beyond high school. We are extremely proud that she had been recognized as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 this year.

Brent Wagner: Workforce GameChanger

Brent Wagner, Senior Service Analyst and a past leader of Paycor’s Young Professionals organization, recently won the Workforce GameChanger award, which recognizes rising stars for their positive impact on workforce management practices. Working with top leadership, Brent crafted and launched the Paycor MBA program in the fall of 2012. The program, now in its second year, strengthens Associates’ business acumen, strategic thinking, project management skills and cross-functional teamwork. We are delighted to see Brent recognized on a national level for his innovative work.
