Paycor Breaks Ground on New Headquarters

On December 6, Paycor broke ground for a new headquarters building in Norwood, Ohio. As CEO Bob Coughlin put it, “Today marks the beginning of a new era for Paycor. We’ve broadened our focus from payroll to people management solutions. We’ve doubled our investment in technology. We’ve successfully launched Perform, our new employee administration platform. And now, we are breaking ground for a new headquarters that will play an important role in our success as we continue to fuel the growth of the company.”

Ohio Governor John Kasich also spoke at the groundbreaking event, saying, “We were thrilled to be a part of helping Paycor grow—it’s pretty amazing to go from 15 employees to 500.”

The high-tech, sustainable facility will be home to approximately 500 employees upon completion in spring 2014. The 135,576 square foot building will have capacity to accommodate up to 750 employees and will welcome more than 1,200 client visitors annually for training on the company’s HR and payroll applications.
