Paycor Offers Insights to Increase Employee Engagement Through Community Involvement

A 2016 survey from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) found that 36% of organizations cite employee engagement as a top workforce management challenge. And with five generations of employees comprising today’s workforce, employers and HR teams are struggling to answer the question: how do you create a culture of engagement that employees take pride in and want to represent?
