Each year, Brandon Hall Group recognizes organizations with Excellence Awards for successfully deploying programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved measurable results.
Paycor is proud to announce that our Client Service Learning & Development Team’s Year-End Client & Associate Training Program has been honored with the Silver Excellence Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning Development Program. The award recognizes the team’s innovative approach to year-end preparation for clients, offering specific action plans to best serve the needs of clients throughout this often difficult and stressful process.
During Year-End, the volume of customer interactions for Paycor's Client Service organization typically increases by 40%. Taking care of the client first during this challenging time by offering consistent and accurate information while maintaining a high level of service is a top priority. To emphasize this philosophy, the Learning & Development Team created a blended learning approach for Paycor associates focused on ensuring an amazing client experience by arming clients with information and support at the time of need.
