Paycor’s Free CPA Care Service Brings Relief to CPAs as Tax Extension Deadline Nears
Posted on September 5, 2011
Paycor’s complimentary CPA Care concierge service offers accountants immediate and personal service year round and should be especially helpful as the Sept. 15 corporate tax extension deadline nears. CPA Care’s dedicated experts are available to accountants nationwide, providing client payroll reports and answers to challenging tax and legislative questions.
Extended hours next week will give accountants full access to the personalized attention of CPA Care for last-minute help with corporate filings. These extended hours will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 14 and Sept. 15.
“Our advocates are available at a moment’s notice to respond to any accountant’s question,” said Bob Coughlin, Chief Executive Officer at Paycor. “We know accountants are time strapped, especially as tax deadlines near. CPA Care takes work off their desks and gives them peace of mind. We invite all accountants to reach out to our CPA Care advocates to get personal assistance in answering their most challenging payroll and tax questions.”
CPA Care offers live, personal support via phone, e-mail or online chat. Its advocates pride themselves on having answers to every tax and legislative question presented to them. Although accountants are not required to have clients with Paycor to benefit from this personal service, accountants with mutual clients receive a single point of contact for all of their Paycor client data. These accountants also have access to historical client information during audits, fiscal year-to-date client reports, workers’ compensation reports, as well as other services.
