Sweet Cheeks Charity Gets Some Coverage from Paycor
Posted on January 30, 2016
Whether or not you're a parent, you know babies need diapers. Babies in need are in need of diapers, too, but sometimes their families aren't in a position to provide this very basic necessity.
That's why Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank was founded. In America, an estimated 1 in 3 families have trouble affording diapers. In Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, Paycor's hometown community, about 11,000 children per month don't have enough diapers. Adding to the challenge for some families, WIC and food stamps don't cover diapers.
Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank partners with local social service organizations to provide diapers to families and babies in need. Paycor associate Gretchen had a personal connection to the charity, and was driven to lead a Community Partners event to collect donations and diapers.
Paycor associates couldn't resist contributing to the "bottom line" of those who need help. A total of 36 people donated $605 in diapers and dollars to this great cause, which translated to 1,389 diapers provided to Sweet Cheeks.
"Well done, Paycor! You've had a huge impact on Sweet Cheeks and we love seeing the diapers continuing to roll in from you!"
