She has experience is multiple industries such as high tech, healthcare, banking, and insurance. She currently leads Paycor’s total rewards, HR operations and system functions.

Chrissy is an accomplished compensation and benefits leader that has worked within enterprising global and multi-state organizations. She has had the good fortune of supporting corporate functions and critical lines of business through her current role as Director of Total Rewards and Wellbeing at Paycor. She has had the opportunity to design and implement vital programs that drive a high-performance culture aligned with Paycor’s bold strategic direction and business objectives. Equally as important, Chrissy and her team ensure Paycor associates are informed about the importance of their valuable and dynamic total rewards offerings.
