Women have earned at least fifty percent of college degrees since the 1980’s and yet, their representation in top leadership in companies is significantly below that. Women only hold 10% to 15% of senior leadership roles in corporate America. While the challenges to the advancement of women to leadership roles can be unique in a particular company or industry, there are a few challenges that women face over and over again in most companies to some degree. This webinar will cover these areas with an emphasis on actions that can be taken to mitigate their negative impact on the advancement of women.

Nancy Droesch, Co-Founder of WILLO LLC, has experience with practical approaches to create a gender inclusive culture.  She brings the same results-oriented skills to her presentations that she has used as a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP where she spent 33 years before co-founding WILLO.  WILLO provides gender diversity strategy consulting, individual coaching and leadership development training.
