Karen Crone is the former CHRO of Paycor. Over the last nine years, Karen has helped Paycor grow from 400 to over 1,800 associates. She was responsible for scaling Paycor’s people practices in support of its rapid growth and for reinforcing its strong culture across an evolving geographic footprint. Her focus was on enhancing Paycor’s culture and developing its future leaders.
Amy E. Hull, M.Ed. is the first Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Paycor. She had a 17-year career in Education laying the foundation for leadership development, and how to strategically turn plans into actionable work. Her passion lies in developing people, driving strategy into actionable change for underserved populations, motivational/educational speaking engagements, creating social, cultural, emotional and relational skills for organizations
