Anya Soto, PCC, ICF, is the Director of Learning and
Development at Civility Partners, Inc. and has been
designing and delivering learning to equip people leaders
with specific tools to build high-performing teams since
2011. She has delivered training globally, including at Reef
and Rockport, Fedex, Staples, the Royal Bank of Canada,
and more.
Having lived in three countries and experienced
the life of a cultural “outsider,” she is passionate about
diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and is
always focused on providing people leaders with the tools
they need to create truly inclusive and agile teams.
