Narcissa has nine years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Her areas of expertise are full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, working with labor unions, and program design. Her diverse background ranging from retail, telemarketing, sales, wealth management, and education affords her the ability to connect seamlessly with those around her.

Christine is an HR Business Advisor with Strategic HR. She enjoys serving as a trusted business partner and human resources educator to her clients. Christine is passionate about helping businesses to maximize the potential of their most valuable asset: their people!

Christine has nine years of human resources experience and has primarily worked within the software and healthcare industries. She brings experience in recruitment, benefits administration, training, employee relations, and performance management. Combining her exceptional listening skills, natural sense of curiosity, and solution-oriented approach, she seeks to understand issues from different perspectives allowing her to be an effective collaborator, problem solver, and partner with clients.
