After retiring as Chief Program Officer at Mayerson Academy, Lynn became a VIA Senior Consultant. In her role at Mayerson, she led the design and implementation of a comprehensive portfolio of programs, including Thriving Learning Communities—a PK–12 SEL and character strengths curriculum—and Strong Consulting, which helped organizations apply strengths-based approaches to enhance engagement, performance, and well-being.
With over 35 years of leadership experience at the district, county, and state levels, Lynn has a deep understanding of the education landscape. She remains dedicated to supporting organizations that create innovative solutions to enhance outcomes for students and their communities.
