Our Employee Resource Groups
CARE is about building a community of support for associates that care for others whether it is in a role of parent/guardian or caregiver of an adult and others. Not only do members get support from the group, but they’re able to provide it to others from personal experiences.
Creates an all-inclusive platform that promotes networking and heightened awareness for Paycor’s culturally diverse population, while providing opportunities for personal and professional advancement, alongside community outreach and mentorship.
MAP works to eliminate the stigma of mental health challenges and to bring awareness to tools, resources and support for employees that may need them.
PRISM strives to create a welcoming work environment by providing education, resources, and support for employees across the spectrums of gender and sexuality.
VALOR provides advocacy, resources, and continued comradery to military veterans, their loved ones, and the community that supports them.
WIN is focused on empowering Paycor women to connect, inspire, and impact others through personal and professional development opportunities.

It’s All About Doing the Right Thing
Giving back is in our DNA. We give back to the communities in which we live and work. We empower our associates to make a difference in a number of ways. They can volunteer during our Paycor It Forward days or in a school with Adopt a Class or donate to charitable causes that are meaningful to them. To date, we’ve raised around $2.5 million and donated more than 62,000 volunteer hours.

Paycor’s Community Giving & Services
The Paycor Community Impact Fund (PCIF) supports charitable organizations in our communities. Associates have a variety of options when donating, including an automatic payroll deduction. Any Paycor associate, whether they’ve donated or not can nominate a local 501c3 organization to receive grants from the fund. PCIF is another way we come together and support great causes across our footprint.
Community Partners is a grassroots organization funded by associates who choose to give their own time and resources to serve nonprofit organizations across the country. It could be fundraising for the local humane society, a bike-a-thon for M.S., filling backpacks for back-to-school drives, or a number of other meaningful charities. Community Partners is just one way we come together to support each other and the causes close to our hearts.
