For much of his career, Terry worked as an HR Director within companies with multiple, geographically dispersed locations, each with 15-300 employees. He is accustomed to working with business owners and managers on a broad range of challenges, including compliance investigations, employee engagement and communications, performance management, leadership development and training, recruiting and selection, labor relations, and federal and state law compliance and reporting.
