Terry Wilson

Terry Wilson is the Training Practice Manager at Clark Schaefer Strategic HR with over thirty years’ experience in HR management and HR consulting in industries such as manufacturing, transportation and retail. For much of his career, Terry worked as an HR Director within companies with multiple, geographically dispersed locations, each with 15-300 employees. He is accustomed to working with business owners and managers on a broad range of challenges, including compliance investigations, employee engagement and communications, performance management, leadership development and training, recruiting and selection, labor relations, and federal and state law compliance and reporting.
