Audrianne Adams Lee, President and Founder of HR NETwork, Inc. brings over thirty years of human resources experience and expertise from Fortune 500 high-technology and service companies including Marriott, ADP, Epson, and Western Digital. Audrianne has an extensive background and “hands-on” experience in the design and implementation of leadership and management training programs that help define leadership role clarification and motivate their employees towards increased business performance. HR NETwork, an HR outsourcing company, was designed to partner with businesses, relieving them of the burden and confusion of the complicated and highly regulated Human Resources systems and employment laws. Audrianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as certified in compensation development and design, including full scale pay-for-performance programs. She has an extensive background in developing and facilitating corporate training programs, including certification as a Franklin/Covey trainer, including 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and Principle Centered Leadership. Audrianne is very active in the community, volunteering her time and services for many community projects. In part, for her efforts, she earned the Leadership of the Year Award presented by the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities for her outstanding support of young people with disabilities.
