Cathleen has provided Human Resources support for over 25 years to companies with 5-500+ employees in industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, services, non-profit and retail. She has advised clients on the day-to-day aspects of HR including complaint investigations, recruiting and selection, engagement, employee performance management, and creating policy and procedures, all with an eye towards compliance. She is extremely customer focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client. Cathleen advocates for companies to take a proactive approach in creating a positive culture in which every employee is valued for what they bring to the organization, and every employee is offered the opportunity to grow and develop. One of Cathleen’s many strengths include customizing training programs to suit the clients’ needs which has lead her to her current role.
