The NFL Ticket Package Referral Contest Terms and Conditions
- Please read these Official Rules (“Rules”) before entering this contest. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIVE AN AWARD.

- The NFL Ticket Package Referral Contest (the “Promotion”) will run from 8:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on June 1, 2026, through – 4:59:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier. This Promotion is sponsored by Paycor, 4811 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45212 (“Company”), and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Rules. The Promotion will consist of the opportunity for a Promotion Participant to win two (2) regular season NFL tickets to a game of the Winner’s choice provided by the Company, pursuant to Company’s sponsorship agreement with the Cincinnati Bengals (each an “Award”) by making Qualified Referrals to the Company. There will be eight (8) Winners of the Promotion. [But see language the only one winner per brand in para 7.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to business coaches of eligible strategic partners (“Eligible Strategic Partners”) that (i) receive an invitation to participate in the Promotion from the Company or submit referrals on the HQ referral page; (ii) are legal residents of the United States, who are at least 21 years of age at the time of participating in the Promotion; and (iii) who make a Minimum Number of Qualified Referrals during the Promotion Period (each a “Promotion Participant” or “You”). Company will verify eligibility and Promotion Participants are solely responsible to ensure their employment status with one of the Eligible Strategic Partners is accurately reflected in Salesforce. Employees, officers, members, and directors of the Company, the Cincinnati Bengals, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies (all together, “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling (and their respective spouses) and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) of the Promotion Parties are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, You release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys, and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to, or arise out of, participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any Award. By participating, You agree to these Rules and to the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION:
- You must make at least 5 Qualified Referrals during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive an Award (“Minimum Number of Qualified Referrals”).
- A Qualified Referral is defined as a referral of a prospect that schedules and meets with a Company sales representative to discuss purchasing an Eligible Product that the prospect is currently not receiving from the Company during the Promotion Period. Promotion Participants must submit a referral for each Eligible Product.
- Promotion Participants must submit each referral on the HQ referral page for each Eligible Product or other process approved by Company. All referrals are subject to verification. By submitting a referral Promotion Participants warrant and represent that the referral is not intended to artificially meet qualification and Award criteria. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine if a referral is a Qualified Referral and to withhold, deny, or revoke any Award if a referral is later determined to not be a Qualified Referral. All determinations regarding referral validity, reward eligibility, and revocation of an Award will be made by Company in its sole discretion and are final.
- Eligible Product. An Eligible Product is defined as any Paycor or Paychex product referral.
- Award. Company will award each Winner two (2) tickets to an NFL regular season game of the Winner’s choice. Each set of two (2) tickets will have a maximum value of approximately eight hundred dollars, no cents ($800.00). Location of the tickets in the applicable stadium shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. Each Winner is solely responsible for transportation, lodging, food, and any applicable taxes. The Award consists solely of a set of two (2) tickets as described above.
- Determination and Notification of Winner. On or about September 8, 2026, the Company will review all Qualifying Referrals made by Promotion Participants that made a Minimum Number of Qualified Referrals during the Promotion Period and select eight (8) total Winners of an Award, one from each Eligible Strategic Partner. The Promotion Participant from each Eligible Strategic Partner that made the most Qualified Referrals from shall be the Winner from that Eligible Strategic Partner. Each Eligible Strategic Partner shall have only one Winner. Company will determine the eight (8) total Winners, one from each Eligible Strategic Partner, in its sole discretion. Each Winner will receive an Award subject to verification of eligibility. In the event of a tie between two or more Promotion Participants, the Winner shall be the Promotion Participant with the most total sold Eligible Products from Qualified Referrals during the Promotion Period (“Sold Eligible Products”). A Qualifying Referral shall be considered a Sold Eligible Product if the prospect enters into any applicable service agreement for the Eligible Product and commences services. The Company shall determine in its sole discretion whether a Qualified Referral is a Sold Eligible Product. The Company will notify each Winner by the email address listed in the Qualified Referral following the determination of the Winners. Each Winner will be provided a RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, which may also require additional evidence of eligibility, to review and sign. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned by Winners and their guests to Company within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a Winner is not eligible for any reason, does not reply, fails to fully comply with the Rules, or declines the Award the Winner forfeits the Award, and the Company will determine a replacement Winner.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is a limited time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period. Each Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on an Award. (Revision 6/1/2026).
