Rilee Buttars
Rilee is the co-founder and CEO of Donde, a HR tech startup that helps employers offer travel as a benefit. The mission is to make travel more accessible; to reduce the barriers that prevent people from taking time away from the office to recharge and reconnect through travel. Rest, recreation, time away is essential for productivity, and optimizing PTO is one of the great opportunities before us in the ‘future of work.’

Rilee has a background in advertising and a master’s in sociology. She’s married to her co-founder and a mom to two girls: curious Blue and baby Frida.

Jessie Wachter
Jessie leads all things travel for Dónde, including developing new vendor partnerships, finding exclusive deals & discounts for the marketplace, unveiling fun and unique travel content, and managing the Travel Design team. She has a background in educational and experiential travel, with the immense privilege of having traveled to 46 states and nearly 80 countries, shaping her perspective and respect for the power of new experiences.
A passion for creating opportunities for serendipitous moments, she hails from Denver, CO and is always looking forward to the next adventure.
