Michelle Jukoski is Executive Vice President of Technology Strategy & Workforce Solutions at HUB International. Over 35+ years in employee benefits and HR technology, she’s built a reputation as a go-to strategist for brokers and employers navigating an increasingly complex benefits landscape.

At HUB, Michelle leads national strategy across three practice pillars: Workforce Technology, HR & Compensation Consulting, and PEO Exit Strategy. Her team brings together platform optimization, data analytics, and hands-on advisory work to help clients turn benefits technology into a real competitive advantage, not just a back-office function.

Michelle also leads HUB’s ICHRA strategy, holding an ICHRA Certification from Milliman. She oversees HUB’s preferred vendor strategy for ICHRA, helping employers navigate the growing field of ICHRA administration technology. She’s a sought-after speaker on ICHRA as a transformative funding alternative, helping employers see what’s possible beyond traditional group plans.

She’s a member of the HR Technology Advisor Collective and HRA Council, a HUB Women’s Network Ambassador, and serves on several industry Consultant Advisory Boards. She previously served as President of NH Health Underwriters for many years and is past Board President for Adam’s House.
