Josh is the Chief People Officer at Capital III. He has provided leadership and direction to all HR activities since 2007. Prior to his work with Capital III, he spent two years teaching English to business school students in North Africa. He currently serves on the board of One Link International and the Spiritual Life Center at Hutchinson Correctional Facility. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a BBA & MBA and is SHRM-SCP certified. Mr. Pearce is married with three children, all boys.
