On September 15, Paycor hosted its 4th annual ProductCamp Cincinnati. This event is the premier “un-conference” for innovators, product managers, marketers, designers and engineers eager to discuss best practices, share insights and make connections with top minds in the local product community. In our region, this means building upon our unique strengths in customer experience by exploring stories and successes from product builders in the digital and tangible marketplace.
One of the many great things about ProductCamp Cincinnati is that it’s completely free to participate and attend! Even the food is complimentary! Not to mention that the agenda is determined solely by attendees. Leading up to the event, interested presenters were asked to submit topics and a brief “pitch.” Then, during the first hour of the event, attendees voted and topics receiving the most votes shaped the day’s agenda.
Who Attended ProductCamp Cincinnati?
More than 150 people came out to Paycor Headquarters to attend; resulting in a diverse crowd of product managers and business thinkers.
Sixteen speakers led discussions on topics ranging from road mapping your product launch to women in the product industry.
Here are a few highlighted topics that were chosen during the voting process:
- What Should We Build Next? How to Focus Innovation
- Connecting Consumers: Igniting Products via Interactive Storytelling
- Product Management and Worldviews: Or Why You Need a Religious Conversion
As you can tell, each speaker had their own niche, which resulted in many interactive and compelling discussions.
Paycor and other local ProductCamp Cincinnati sponsors are leaders in the product management community and prioritize collaboration between people across the region who are passionate about delivering better products that make customers’ lives easier.
