Meet Alice Geene

Alice is responsible for providing counsel, oversight and management for all legal and risk matters. This includes the legal requirements underlying Paycor’s business, compliance and data privacy governance. As CLO, she’s also responsible for modeling ethics and integrity. 

Alice is a proven leader, team builder and longtime legal counsel to growing businesses. A graduate of Harvard Law School with over 20 years of experience, Alice is at the top of her field.  Most recently, she was SVP, Chief Legal & People Officer at Rewards Network, a Fintech company serving small and medium-sized businesses.
