This is a huge risk to companies because first-time managers and their direct reports are often the highest-turnover employees. Both the manager and their direct reports often experience frustration, anxiety, and tension because the manager doesn’t have the basic skills to lead a team and supervise people.
In this session we will cover the essential skills that all first-time managers should be trained in. We will also talk about how to quickly stand up a low-cost, high-impact first-time manager training program that really works.
