Paycor Celebrates HR Professionals in New TV Spot

Inspired by the dedication and drive of HR professionals who strive to make a difference every day, Paycor launched a TV spot called “Acknowledgement” that tells the story of an HR recruiter. The ad aired for the first time on October 9, 2017, on HGTV.

Paycor is proud to provide a unified HCM platform for more than 30,000 clients nationwide. And every one of those clients inspire us. From the HR manager who champions onboarding to the HR recruiter on the hunt for top talent to business leaders of all stripes looking to improve employee engagement and learning. All of our clients are driven to achieve and to create the best environment for their employees to thrive. It’s their ambition that drives us to make HCM tools and technology that are better, smarter, and easier to use.

Since 1990, putting our clients first has fueled Paycor’s exponential growth, but after working with so many exceptional HR and business clients, and after seeing all the amazing things they do with our technology, we wanted to take this moment to celebrate their success.

The ad was created by St. Louis-based Rodgers Townsend and is directed by one of the industry’s rare female directors, Elle Ginter. The TV spot tells the story of one special HR recruiter and her journey over the years to become a beloved member of her growing team.

Paycor's Chief Marketing Officer Glenn Cross said it best: “While we know HR professionals don’t want to steal the spotlight, they do want to make a real difference in their companies, and we know we have the software, service and thought leadership to help them. But we want to stand for more than technological features and benefits; we want to stand for them.”
