Paycor’s Community Partners Program Named an Engage for Good 2020 Halo Award Finalist

Paycor is thrilled to announce we’ve been named a finalist in the Engage for Good 2020 Halo Awards for our Community Partners Program. This award is North America’s highest honor for corporate and social responsibility and for employee engagement efforts.

Community Partners, Paycor’s Associate-run community service program, provides employees with a vehicle to initiate and/or participate in events that benefit others within their local communities. Paycor’s approach to employee choice started when we began receiving countless requests from employees to hold fundraisers with their colleagues for their favorite charities. Rather than restricting requests by building parameters around what type of fundraiser or nonprofit could be supported, Paycor built an internal platform to advertise all employees’ fundraising efforts to the company.

Since its inception in 2010 Community Partners has raised:

  • $1,693,200 in Monetary Donations
  • 43,869 Volunteer Hours Donated
  • 34,666 Paycor Employee Participants
  • 1,363 Events

Here are just a few charities and causes our associates have supported over the years:

  • Boys & Girls Club
  • Walk to End Alzheimer’s
  • Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank
  • American Heart Association
  • Tender Mercies
  • Adoption of retired police K9’s
  • And so much more!

Community Partners is the power of a large company aligning with the passion of a single employee. It inspires us, helps us remember all the good things people are capable of and reminds us to do more, gain leadership experience and express our Guiding Principles beyond the typical workday.

Although Paycor is thrilled to be a finalist for the Engage for Good Employee Engagement award, we’d also like to spotlight our fellow nominees for supporting their communities and doing the right thing: ESPN, New York Life and CSX International Transportation. Winners will be announced on May 28 at the Engage for Good Conference in Austin, TX.
