Overage fees apply to the services listed in the table above. The overage fee applies for each active employee above the subscription tier amount per month, as set forth your agreement signed with Paycor. Overage fees will be calculated at the end of each month and included on the invoice for the immediately succeeding month. Unless otherwise set forth in the agreement that you signed with Paycor, Paycor has the right to change the overage fees from time to time upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
