Paycor Expands Leadership Team to Provide Customers with the Industry’s Best HR Technology

CINCINNATI, March 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Human Capital Management company Paycor today announced it is expanding its seasoned executive team with the appointments of a Chief Product Officer and a Chief Technology Officer. The addition of these two HR industry veterans comes on the heels of a banner year for Paycor with two robust product releases — Workforce Insights, a new data visualization solution, and a Learning Management System — as well as being name a Top Rated Software for both Core HR and Time Tracking by TrustRadius and a Gartner FrontRunner for Payroll and ATS Software.

The company’s newest executive hires include:

  • Ryan Bergstrom as Chief Product Officer (CPO): Bergstrom will be responsible for setting the strategy for Paycor’s comprehensive cloud-based HCM suite to meet SMB market needs and support Paycor’s accelerated growth. Previously, Bergstrom spent seven years at Ultimate Software, where he most recently held the role of Vice President of Product Management after serving in several manager and director roles. Prior to Ultimate Software, Bergstrom held manager and director titles at Epicor Software Corporation and SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation in Product, Sales, and Customer Support functions. Bergstrom has a proven track record in creating strong product culture and shaping product direction to drive sustain growth.

  • Charles Cagle as Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Cagle will be responsible for the combined functions of programming, systems analysis and development, database management, computer operations, telecommunications, security and compliance. Most recently, Cagle was SVP and General Manager of Infor Global Solutions’ human capital management division — offering a full suite of solutions from talent acquisition and assessment to learning and HR service delivery. Previously, he held product strategy, product development, product management, testing and operational titles at PeopleAnswers (an Infor 2014 acquisition), Cognizant Technology Solutions, Parago and Compuware. Known for his execution excellence, Cagle is adept in multi-site operations, business transformation, cloud applications, resource planning, customer satisfaction and retention.
