Paycor Wraps Inaugural HR Center of Excellence Web Summit

First Ever Three-Day Web Summit Discussed HR Trends, Topics and Insights with More Than 4,500 HR Leaders

CINCINNATI, April 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Human Capital Management company Paycor concluded its HR Center of Excellence Web Summit. Based on demand following previous Web Summits, Paycor expanded its summit format to three days for the first time ever, resulting in a record of 4,500 attendees and solidifying the company as a thought leader in the human capital management market. The HR Center of Excellence Web Summit was free to attend and provided HR professionals with the opportunity to earn Continuing Education credit.

Launched in January 2018, the HR Center of Excellence (HR CoE) is an online resource hub created to help HR leaders and their teams build employee evangelism and make a lasting impact on their organizations. The HR Center of Excellence Web Summit, which consisted of 13 webinars, was held to further the HR CoE’s goal of helping HR professionals extend their reach and unlock their potential.

Recruiting and Retaining Millennial Talent in 2018

Millennials are the largest generation in the workforce, and will make up nearly 75 percent by 2030. Robin Throckmorton, MA, SPHR, SCP, shared tips for how to attract and keep Millennial talent, addressing questions such as:
