Registration

How much does Paycor Connect+ cost?Early bird pricing is available if you register by January 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. The early bird registration rate is $650. After January 15, individual registration is $899. Every attendee needs their own registration/ticket, and passes cannot be shared.

Can I purchase a guest pass?Guest passes are available for the evening functions only, including the Welcome Reception and Customer and Broker Appreciation events. You can purchase a guest pass for $400. Tickets include all food, drink, and entertainment. Guests must be 21+ to attend. Attendees may purchase one guest pass only.
Do you offer a discount for multiple attendees from the same company?Instead of offering a group rate, we have made the individual conference rate lower than what is typically seen in the industry. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of our early bird rate.
What forms of payment are accepted for registration? Can you bill my company?We accept major credit cards as the sole payment method for the conference. Both personal and corporate credit cards are accepted for registration. You will receive an immediate receipt for the convenient processing of your expense report.
When is the last day to register?The registration deadline for the conference is 5:00 p.m. ET Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Due to demand, we strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to register. Additionally, please note that the group rates for hotel accommodations will only be valid until April 1, 2025, or until all rooms are booked.
Is there a cancellation policy for registration?If you find yourself unable to attend the Paycor Connect+ conference after registering, you can either request to have your registration transferred to another individual in your company or we can offer refunds for payments made until March 28. Unfortunately, any refund requests made after March 28 will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
 
Substitutions are available until April 17 at 11:59 a.m. ET for any customer who wants to transfer an existing registration to a colleague who has not yet registered. Please submit your request in writing via email to the Paycor CONNECT+ event team and include both registrants’ names, companies, and business email addresses. 
 
There are no refunds for no-shows.

Hotel & Travel

How do I reserve a room at the Omni ChampionsGate Resort?Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. You can reserve a room at a discounted rate by clicking here. Be sure to make your reservations early as there are limited rooms available at the conference discount rate which expires on April 1, 2025.
How do I cancel or change my hotel reservation?To cancel or modify your hotel reservation, call the Omni ChampionsGate Resort directly at 407-390-6664 or use the link in your hotel confirmation email. The Connect+ Events Team cannot handle any hotel arrangements.
What is the room rate?The special group rate is $259 plus taxes and discounted resort fee per night.
When should I arrive at the conference? When should I depart?These are recommended travel times so you don’t miss a thing!

Suggested Arrival – Tuesday, April 22 by 5:00 p.m. ET

Suggested Departure – Thursday, April 24 after 1:00 p.m. ET

The main portion of Connect+ will conclude by 1:00 p.m. but be sure to stick around if you’d like to participate in an optional workshop (workshop options to come).

Please make sure to schedule your flight accordingly, taking into account that the Orlando International Airport is approximately a 30–45 minute drive from the resort, depending on traffic conditions. We have a limited number of hotel rooms available in our reserved block for Thursday, April 24, if you choose to depart on Friday, April 25.

General

Will I receive SHRM or HRCI credits for attending Connect+?Many sessions are eligible for SHRM and/or HRCI credits. Once available, the session agenda will indicate which sessions are approved for certification.
Will I receive more details after I register to help plan for my attendance?Absolutely! You will receive email notifications for important announcements such as conference updates, session registration instructions, instructions for downloading and using the mobile app, “Know Before You Go” updates, and more.

Expo

Which Paycor vendors can I meet with?A comprehensive list of participating vendors will be shared via this website in the spring. Vendors can also be viewed in the mobile app once it’s live.
