Paycor Mobilizes HR with Next Generation Mobile App

CINCINNATI – Dec. 14, 2016 (MarketWired) – Paycor, the industry leading Human Capital Management provider for SMBs, today announced the next generation of Paycor Mobile, a mobile application enabling employers to better connect with on-the-go employees. This new version of Paycor’s mobile app extension of its cloud-based Human Resources (HR) platform, Perform, will provide customers with easier and more efficient access to critical HR information and data.

Founded in 1990, Paycor has been focused on providing Human Capital Management services to small to medium sized businesses. Its flagship product, Paycor Perform, offers a unified Human Capital Management platform for customers from pre-hire through benefits management and retirement. Key new features of Paycor Mobile include:

  • Mobile Time Clock. Employees can now punch in and out
of work from the palm of their hand.
  • Mobile Schedule. Employees can now access their schedule via mobile device, enabling employers to update work schedules in real time, and as a result, eliminate employee confusion over last minute modifications.
  • Time Off Request and Time Off Balance. Employees can now view their vacation balance and submit requests for paid time off
(PTO) via mobile device.
  • Mobile Paycheck. Employees can now view the amount of their paycheck, detailing up to three years in pay history, via mobile device.
  • Perform Mobile in Spanish. Perform Mobile is available in Spanish, to better serve all employee bases.
