It's hard to overestimate the importance and far-reaching effects of the employee experience. Everything your employees encounter, observe, or feel over the course of their careers at your organization encompasses their "experience" and it will impact nearly every aspect of your business, from your bottom line to your employment brand. For example, Gallup reports that employees who are engaged in their day-to-day jobs are more likely to improve customer relationships, with a resulting 20% increase in sales.
