Kristin has been with Paycor for over 6 years as a member of the People team. For several years she oversaw People and Learning Operations where she led many experience-driven initiatives. Based on process improvements and an experience focus, Paycor was recognized as a leader in Candidate Experience in North America by Talent Board in 2019.
More recently Kristin moved into a role focusing on the Employee Experience at Paycor. Her work includes employment branding efforts, moments of delight for Associates and a redesign of our Employee Value Proposition in partnership with Marketing.
