Meet Our DE&I Leader

Amy E. Hull, M.Ed. is the First Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Paycor, Inc.

Amy E. Hull is working to turn DE&I strategy into actionable results at Paycor. HRO Today awarded the North American HR Excellence Provider Award to her in November 2022 for the progress being made in DE&I at Paycor, Inc. She was featured as the cover of the July 2022 issue of HR Future Magazine demonstrating that her work is helping people learn how to internalize the meaning of systemic change for the inclusion and belonging of historically excluded talent. Under her leadership, Paycor has won the Top Workplace DE&I Practices Award in 2021 and 2022. She leads the DE&I team and collaborates with every functional area in the business to make sustainable systemic changes to our culture, and inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
