What Is Paycor's Community Partners Organization?
Posted on December 8, 2015
Paycor’s Guiding Principles include Take Care of Each Other and Do the Right Thing. It is this service focus that led a group of Paycor Associates to form Community Partners in 2010. Community Partners is an Associate-driven, grassroots organization. The program is not funded by corporate financial contributions; instead, Associates give their own time and resources to serve the Greater Cincinnati community. The result is a widespread impact on causes Associates care about, with unlimited potential for Associates to make a difference.
Since the inception of Community Partners in 2010, Paycor Associates have led 446 volunteer events with 10,919 volunteer opportunities. In 2014, Community Partners was awarded the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service. Paycor's Rick Chouteau was awarded the Pillar for Nonprofit Executive of the Year the same year, for his work with Adopt A Class Foundation.
