More than 300 Paycor for Windows™ software clients came from as far as Oklahoma to attend the inaugural User Conference, "Explore Paycor: Taking Payroll to New Heights," Friday, May 4 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio.

"I was thrilled with the response from people who attended," said Paycor for Windows Product Manager Jane Rogers. "Clients were stopping me in the halls to give me positive feedback about the HR and Payroll presentations and the opportunity to network. Plus, we received great input for future product development. I had a great team working on this. For our first conference, it was a great success!"

Paycor for Windows' next major release (version 5.0) was previewed at the conference. Clients applauded the expanded capabilities and integration of HR and Payroll tasks. As always, the updated version will be free for current clients.

"The features they have integrated look like they will be really useful," said Debbie Finley, Payroll Administrator for Cassano’s Pizza in Dayton. "The new version has great filters we can use."

Many conference attendees met their Paycor Specialist in person for the first time. "It's good to be able to put a face with a name," said Donna Fahey, Senior Accounting Associate/Payroll for Michelman, Inc. in Blue Ash, Ohio. "Not only to meet our contacts at Paycor, but also to meet and hear from other people and the fact that they had a lot of the same questions we do. It really made it a lot more personal to be in the same room."

Surveys conducted at the close of the conference were almost uniformly positive. More than 95% said they would attend another Paycor User Conference and would recommend attendance to a colleague.

Although dates have not been announced, there will be a second annual Paycor User Conference in May 2008.
